View's Watercolor Exhibition

Celebrate the opening of View's annual Adirondacks National Exhibition of American Watercolors in Old Forge on August 5. The exhibition's 90 watercolor works will then be featured until October 9.

Bluegrass Festival

Soak in the local sounds of the 5th annual Plattsburgh Bluegrass Festival when it returns to the Clinton County Fairgrounds. The four-day festival will run from August 11-14, and field pickin' is encouraged!

Ticonderoga Car Show

Take a spin up to Ticonderoga's Bicentennial Park for its 24th annual Car Show on August 7. Awards will be given out to the very best, and spectators will be able to walk around and check out the cars for free.

High Peaks Arts and Antiques

Explore the two-day High Peaks Arts and Antiques Show in Keene Valley from August 27-28 and take home a piece of the Adirondacks. Vintage Adirondack books, memorabilia, and more will be sold.

Cycle Adirondacks

Cycle Adirondacks is a fully supported week-long bike tour throughout the Adirondack Park. Cyclists will meet on August 20 in Lake Luzerne, then ride from August 21-27.

Non-cyclists can particiate in an outdoor Adventure Travel program, which meets back up with the riders each evening.
