Final Important Information

Each trail has a different open date based on the hunting season in that area. By mid-December all trails will be open for use if snow conditions allow for snowmobiling. Call a local snowmobile club for more information about dates.

And remember, if you want to ride across a frozen lake, then you should first check the thickness. Five to seven inches is the recommended ice thickness to travel across one a snowmobile.
