Polar Ice Bar at Fort William Henry Hotel

When: January 19 - 21, 2024

The Polar Ice Bar is back at Fort William Henry, this time at the new Lakeside Restaurant & Lounge. Guests can expect ice sculptures, live music, fire pits, specialty drinks, and more. Live music will take place on the 19th and the 20th, with Bob Fox, Joe DeFelice, and the Radio Junkies.

Funky Ice Fest

When: January 19 & 20, January 26 & 27, 2024

Adirondack Pub and Brewery is holding a nifty ice festival in the Lake George village. In prior years, there have been ice sculptures including a working piano, beer pong table, and a variety of ice bars. Many of these chilly drinks come from local spirits and brews from the Adirondack Brewery. To add onto a great evening, participate in BYOV (Bring Your Own Vinyl) to enjoy fantastic music throughout the night.

Glacier Ice Bar & Lounge

When: January 19 & 20, January 26 & 27, 2024

The Sagamore Resort holds one of the most neat (no pun intended) ice bars in the Lake George region. Enjoy some of their finest cocktails at the professionally sculpted bar this year. To top it off, take in the sweeping vistas of mountains and Dome Island. Don't forget to take photos with the ice sculptures too! At this ice bar, you'll never have to worry about your drink getting cold. Igloos will be available to rent for private gatherings and long lasting memories!

Let the excitement begin for some specialty drinks that the Sagamore is working on. Names for these drinks include The Snowshoe, Frosty Mojito, Chocolate Martini, and a Jack Frost Cocktail. Make sure to snack on Sagamore hors d'oeuvres as you taste these spectacular cocktails.

The Gem Ice Bar

When: January 19 & 20, January 26 & 27

The Gem in Bolton Landing is one of the newest on the ice bar scene in Lake George. This year they're having a "Northern Winter Wonderland" theme. Get ready for a super cool happy hour with toasty snacks on the menu and a ski mountain atmosphere.

The Lagoon Ice Bar

When: January 19 - 21, January 26 - 28, February 2 - 4, February 9 - 11, February 16 - 18, February 23 - 25

The Lagoon Ice Bar is the only ice bar that will be open every weekend of the Lake George Winter Carnival! Gather your roughest, toughest crew to register for the Outhouse Races, organized by The Lagoon. Or, just chill out and take part in a frozen cornhole competition with a cocktail or craft beer in hand. This is also a great place to watch the Saturday night Carnival fireworks.
